Actors Bridge is theatre with guts. Our home base is a renovated slaughterhouse and we all feel right at home. Our theatre nourishes a community hungry for connection.
Since 1996, Actors Bridge has produced 50 plays including 30 Nashville premieres and 8 world premieres of new theatrical works. We have trained over 2,000 actors in the Meisner Technique. Our students have appeared on Broadway, Off-Broadway, in television and film, as well as on every stage in Nashville.
As an actor training program and professional non-profit theatre company, Actors Bridge is committed to creating provocative theater and original work in Nashville.
We are an ensemble of theatre artists who collaborate on all aspects of production. At Actors Bridge, we consistently take risks. We perform material that challenges and moves local audiences to care more about their neighbors and themselves.
